Agreement whereby for 1 month the former owners dedicate themselves to helping with the transition. The rent for the premises has been set on January 1, 2024 at €1,700/month, the budget of which will not change for 5 years. There is a possibility of renting an additional warehouse next to the premises (additional rent of €500). Personnel may be transferred according to the agreement of the parties concerned.
